Rules Regarding Tuition, Payment, Fees and Refunds
1. In general, enrolment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Parents should make a firm decision and plan ahead for the semester before enrolment. Students signing up for a term or less are not eligible for any refunds.
2. There is a 3-week cooling off period at the start of each semester (or year, if tuition paid yearly), where parents or students may decide to discontinue their enrolment and receive a partial refund.
3. A $60 processing fee is charged for all refunds. The refunded amount is calculated pro rata, with lessons assessed at the full rate; any discount received will be voided in this calculation.
4. No refunds are given for lessons or school days missed by the student. Parents may contact the office to organise a make-up lesson at another campus or online.
5. Because places are limited and often run out, no Holiday Program positions are eligible for refunds. Please plan ahead and enrol as early as you can to reserve your spot.
6. Referral discounts stack for the referer not the referee. Similarly, referral discounts cannot be stacked with other vouchers. Referrals must be genuine and enrolments must last a semester for the discount to vest.
